Jerome Abram Bettis Sr.nicknamed The Bus and The Battering Ram is a former American football halfback who played for the Los Angeles Rams/St. Louis Rams and Pittsburgh Steelers of the NFL. Bettis is sixth on the list of NFL rushing yards leaders. He retired in 2006 after the Steelers won Super Bowl XL in his native Detroit, Michigan, and he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2015. He sits down with Hines on Episode 1 of The Hines Ward show, and we talk about growing up in Detroit, making bad choices as a kid, and what his life is like after football.

    I had Steelers tickets for 36 years, saw some bad football in the late 50’s and 60’s then the 70’s what a great time. Moved to S.C. in 2000 , Steelers still my team, it was great watching you the bus and Ben. Go steelers
