    Another great episode. Never thought how important it is to have a reason or goal to lose the wieght. I lost 15 lbs in contest at work last year then tore my hamstring and went back to my old routen of eating out of canteen machine at work since then I’ve lacked the motivation to get in shape.
    I like the 3,1,2,1 concept sound like a good place to start

    I hope #92 isn’t in on that bet you have lol.
    I’ll make sure table 86 is one of my cheat days
    Since I’m in Erie pa and my daughter live in Pittsburgh.
