Look up “Legendary Coach” and Bill Cowher enters the conversation.  From the legendary jaw, to his trademark “LET’S GO!!”, Coach Cowher romped the Pittsburgh sidelines until he was able to hand a Lombardi trophy to Mr. Rooney.  Today we get to hear what it was like to coach Hines as a rookie, what Coach Cowher saw in him, how he feels about “anonymity”, and what his timeline to return to football (if he ever will) is.

I have admired Coach Cowher from the first day he joined the Steelers. What a great guy!! He would be someone I would love the opportunity to sit and talk with for an afternoon!

I have been a Steelers fan since the 1970’s, but just fell in love with Hines Ward. On dancing he showed his skill off the football field. You’re sorely missed and great to know you’re doing what you makes you happy. God bless you Hines

You played football the RIGHT way! You played with heart, passion, toughness, and loyalty! All your hits were legal, you were just giving back;) in the same way DB’s were allowed to hit receivers at the time. We miss you #86!
